Anyone own a cookie cookbook called "The Artful Cookie: Baking & Decorating Delectable Confections"?
Posted on 25. August, 2010.
The book is by Aaron Morgan and here is a pic of the book: http://www.amazon.com/Artful-Cookie-Decorating-Delectable-Confections/dp/1579909558 I am in desperate need of a recipe out of that cookbook called Ganache Crowns on pages 100-101, maybe 102-103 also. Actually, what I need are the recipes that compose this cookie - the recipes for chocolate ganache on page 24 and chocolate glaze, also on page 24. Also, if you have the cookbook and a few extra minutes, can you send me the directions of this recipe starting at step 3? I have the recipe to step 2 from page 101, but don't have the rest. So basically what I need from the book: 1. ganache recipe from page 24 2. chocolate glaze recipe from page 24 3. Ganache Crown recipe starting at step 3 I'm going to buy the book, but I want to make these tomorrow for a function and won't have time to get it before then. Appreciate any help! High Jack, this is NOT AT ALL HELPFUL information. If you have nothing useful to say, don't bother. I'm going to ask a friend to post anything just so you don't get chosen best answer. Thanks for wasting my time for the THIRD TIME.
